Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for nursing services, aligning them with the organization's mission.
- Financial Management: Manage large budgets, control costs, and ensure fiscal accountability for the nursing division.
- Operations Oversight: Direct day-to-day nursing operations, patient flow, staffing models, and care delivery systems.
- Staff Development: Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for nursing staff; champion skilled growth.
- Policy & Compliance: Create, implement, and enforce policies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission).
- Quality Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve patient safety, outcomes, and the overall patient experience.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with other executives, departments, and external partners to achieve organizational goals.
- Advocacy: Act as a voice for nursing staff and patients, advocating for resources and optimal care environments.
