Required: In-House Butler / Housekeeping Staff (Full time)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced in-house butler / housekeeping staff for a private residence.
Gender- Male / Female

Job Responsibilities:
Daily household chores (cleaning, upkeep, assistance)
Basic to regular cooking
Managing household support tasks
Running local errands when required

Mandatory Requirements:
Age 25 years and above
Must know two-wheeler driving
Valid driving license preferred
Police verification is mandatory
Honest, disciplined, and well-mannered

Location Preference:
Currently residing in Hinjewadi, OR
Willing to relocate and stay in Hinjewadi

Work Type: Full-time (in-house)
Salary: As per experience (discussed during interview)

Trial Period Clause
The employee shall be on a trial period of 15 days from the date of joining. During this trial period,



the employee’s performance, conduct, punctuality, hygiene standards, cooking skills, driving ability, and overall suitability for household responsibilities will be assessed.

During the trial period:
Either party may discontinue the engagement without notice and without assigning any reason.
No severance or compensation shall be payable except for wages due for the actual days worked.
Continuation of employment after the trial period will be solely at the discretion of the employer and may be confirmed verbally or in writing.
Upon successful completion of the trial period, the employee’s services may be confirmed on mutually agreed terms.
