- Plan and manage production schedules, workforce allocation, and material procurement.
- Ensure timely execution of production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Implement best manufacturing practices to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality control teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor workshop processes, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain records,



generate production reports, and analyze data for performance improvement.
