Job Description:

- Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
- Prepare Test Plan/Approach for Testing
- Ensure the quality and functionality of software by executing manual test cases
- Identify, document, and report bugs
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ensure software meets business and user requirements before release.
- Identify and escalate Risks on time and suggest mitigation measures

Skill Requirement:

- Can independently handle manual testing of software features
- Experience in testing Web and Mobile based Applications
- Knowledge in API testing
- Ability to grasp the software domain quickly
- Attention to details
- Time management
- Critical thinking and positive analytical skills
- Good command over verbal and written communication
- Knowledge in creating and documenting test plans and test cases




- Understanding of Database concepts is an added benefit
- Automation knowledge would be a plus point.

Additional Skills:

- Should have good communication skills
- Should know Product life cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle
- Should know End to End Testing
- Should know Postman
- Should have worked with the Development team daily
- Preferred Industry - IT
- Preferably, it should be from a product-based company, and if the candidate is from a service-based organization, then he/she should have worked on various products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience required.

*Working Hours/ Office Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday)
