We are hiring a QA/QC Manager in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: QA / QC Manager
‍ Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Industry: Automobile Industry
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Quality Assurance & Quality Control procedures

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards

Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods

Conduct root cause analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (ISO / IATF preferred)

Maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records

Coordinate with production and engineering teams for continuous improvement

Handle internal and external quality audits

Key Skills & Requirements:

2+ years of QA/QC experience in the Automobile Industry

Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis

Familiarity with ISO / IATF documentation and standards

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

Leadership and team management ability

Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting
