Office Manager cum MIS Expert

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder

Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of skilled experience
- Must be conversant in typing, computer operations, and MS Office software

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative and logistical support
- Provide back-end support to field staff, including documentation, data entry, and MIS reporting
- Maintain and update databases, records, and project documentation in electronic and physical formats
- Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, letters, and registers using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Support project staff in preparation of monthly progress reports, work plans, and technical documentation
- Ensure smooth communication between project office and field teams
- Maintain proper filing and backup of digital and hard copy records
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops,



and project-related events

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations
- Good typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to support multiple teams and manage office resources efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
