Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to understand client business processes and implementation needs.
- Implement and configure Tally Prime based on client requirements.
- Create and configure company masters, ledgers, stock items, GST, TDS, payroll, banking, and other statutory modules.
- Perform data migration from legacy accounting software to Tally Prime.
- Install, set up, and configure Tally Prime at client locations or through remote support.
- Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals and implementation documentation.
- Perform software testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system configurations before Go-Live.
- Coordinate with the TDL Development team for software customizations and enhancements.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues within defined timelines.
- Assist clients with data backup, restoration, synchronization, and overall data management.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Support, Development,



and Accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain implementation reports, client documentation, and project status updates in CRM/Bitrix.
- Handle client queries and escalations professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Tally Prime features, statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and accounting practices.
