- Follow up on qualified leads generated by the presales team and ensure timely engagement and conversion- Identify and pitch suitable residential commercial properties to potential buyers based on their needs- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients developers and internal teams- Conduct site visits and provide complete product knowledge to clients- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures of deals
- Meet monthly quarterly sales targets as per business goals- Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends pricing and competition in Mumbai- Preferred Industries Only Real Estate Real Estate Sourcing experience for 1 to 2 yrs is a must
