About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Pre-Counselling Interns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their study abroad aspirations, and scheduling counselling sessions with our senior counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
Understand students basic requirements, such as preferred country, course, and budget.
Qualify leads based on eligibility and interest level.
Schedule counselling appointments with the admissions/counselling team.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Assist in data management and lead allocation.
Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp communication with prospective students.
Support the counselling team in achieving monthly targets.

Eligibility:




Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
