Guzaarish by MS Foods is a luxury gifting and artisanal food brand with a legacy of over two decades. We specialise in bespoke luxury hampers, premium gifting experiences, artisanal sweets, and curated solutions for weddings, corporates, and special occasions.

We are looking for a energetic individual who can represent our brand with elegance, warmth, and exceptional customer service.

Position: Luxury Sales Specialist
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Wednesday

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and customer-focused Luxury Sales Specialist who can create meaningful conversations with clients and convert enquiries into memorable gifting experiences. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a charming personality, and the ability to understand customer requirements while delivering a premium brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, Whats App, and in-store interactions.
Understand client requirements and suggest personalised gifting solutions.
Manage the complete sales journey from enquiry to order confirmation.




Build strong relationships with wedding clients, corporate clients, and premium customers.
Conduct product presentations and explain customisation options.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain follow-ups with potential clients and ensure high conversion rates.
Provide a luxury hospitality experience to every customer.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality with confidence and a professional approach.
Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to understand luxury customer expectations.
Positive negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, gifting, fashion, or premium sales will be preferred.
Presentable, energetic, and enthusiastic about creating exceptional customer experiences.
