Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent Company Overview: Bluespirit is a leading airport company in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. Job Overview: As a Ticketing & Passenger Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the airport.

You will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, including ticketing, check
in, and boarding.

You will also handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ticketing counters, and boarding gates
Process ticket sales, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and skilled manner
Ensure compliance with airport and airline policies and procedures
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times




Keep updated with airline policies, procedures, and products Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of airline ticketing systems and procedures is an asset
