Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Assistant to join our team at K Manjunath and Associates. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in statutory and internal audits, tax audits, and GST audits
Prepare financial statements and reports as per statutory requirements
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC return filings
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis




Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities for compliance matters
Assist in day-to-day accounting and related assignments
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax laws

Requirements
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Direct & Indirect Taxation
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
Positive communication and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments and clients

Preferred Skills
Exposure to financial analysis and management reporting
Knowledge of Accounting Standards
Experience in handling multiple clients
Practical exposure to GST, Income Tax, TDS, and audit assignments
