Job Purpose To lead the Finance &
Accounts department by ensuring accurate accounting, statutory compliance, timely financial reporting, effective cash flow management, internal controls, and productive team management.

Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work
· Lead and manage the Accounts &
Finance department.
· Supervise the Billing, Import, Audit and Assistant Manager teams.
· Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
· Review daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
· Monitor customer billing, credit notes and debit notes.
· Review debtors, creditors and ageing reports regularly.
· Plan and monitor vendor payments and cash flow.
· Oversee import accounting, landed costing and supplier reconciliations.
· Ensure timely GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
· Coordinate statutory, internal and bank audits.
· Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
· Review inventory valuation and stock reconciliations.
· Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing.




· Drive ERP discipline and process improvements.
· Implement internal financial controls and approval systems.
· Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Logistics and Operations teams.
· Train, mentor and evaluate finance team members.
· Report key financial insights and risks to management.

Key Skills &
Qualifications
· CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
· 8–12 years of experience in Accounts &
Finance.
· Minimum 4 years of team management experience.
· Experience in manufacturing, imports and GST compliance.
· Robust knowledge of Tally/Odoo ERP (preferred) and Advanced Excel.
· Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
