· Developing and Managing team.

· Make strategic planning to grow Business for the all B2C & B2B Branches.

· Advising clients on profitable Investment opportunities for Equity, Commodity and currency products

· Keeping in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.

· Creating cross sell and up sell prospects.

· Identifying, acquiring, developing and maintaining customer relationships.

· Delivering excellent customer support.

· Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.

· Maintaining up to date knowledge of competitor activity, products and services.

· Attending and contributing at sales meetings.

· Measuring customer satisfaction levels.

· Answering product related questions from customers.

· Taking on complex customer issues and resolving them.

Core Responsibilities:-





· Managing team and its activities

· Responsible for developing and increasing overall market share across all the segment

· Identifying prospective and generating business from the existing & current clients thereby achieving business targets

· Individual HNI clients sales target

· Make strategic planning to grow business & managing relationships with HNI clients & retail clients

· Negotiating mutually profitable Investment opportunities with clients by creating cross sell and up sell opportunities

· Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.

· Attending and contributing at sales meetings

· Measuring customer satisfaction levels

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
