Person will Lead the EVFD business with P & L responsibility in all the four major Metro Cities (Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore & HYD). He will also handle end-to-end EVFD business operations.
His key responsibilities would be:
I) Sales & Business Development
· Drive profitable growth across all the target markets (Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore & HYD).
· Utilize the existing dealer network and develop current dealers / sales partnerships to develop the business in the Local Chains, Large F & V Stores, & Standalone retailers.
· Develop key HoReCa, Institutional accounts and contractual pricing customers through the existing or current dealer base.
· Develop MT, ECOM and Q-Com customer segments.
II) Marketing, Branding and Promotions
· Plan promotional campaigns based on the product availability and demand seasonal demands in Retail channel.
· Maintain visibility of consumer communication materials in all the key retail stores to improve awareness about EV exotic products.
· Develop attractive, technical, and statutory compliant packaging for the EVFD product portfolio.
· Ensure consistent shelf-presence in all the key retail counters.
III) Sourcing & Supply Chains
· Develop a profitable and seasonal relevant product portfolio for round the year. · Establish a sourcing partnership and committed vendor base who can align with Eco Valley brand’s quality & supply expectations.
· Establish a cost-effective supply chain model for procurement and distribution of the products efficiently with minimum intervention from EVFL
· Maintain high fill rate round the year through data driven demand forecasting & seasonal supply forecasting, with minimum inventory holding.
