Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do - Design, solve, and review advanced chemistry problems with real-world scientific relevance
Apply your expertise in organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry to construct rigorous, multi-step problem statements
Evaluate AI-generated chemistry reasoning and outputs for scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to improve AI model performance




Uphold high standards of scientific rigor across all deliverables Who You Are - Holds a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
Deep expertise in at least one major chemistry domain — organic, inorganic, physical, or computational
Experience with Python or computational chemistry software (e.g., Gaussian, VASP, or similar tools)
Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to scientific detail
Able to articulate complex chemistry concepts clearly and precisely
Self-directed and reliable when working independently Nice to Have - Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with machine learning concepts or AI-assisted scientific tools
Background in academic research, industry R&D;, or technical writing
