Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Mangalore / Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.
Oversee international financial transactions, foreign exchange (Forex), cross-border payments, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, statutory regulations, and financial audits.
Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financial risk.
Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and strategic insights to senior management.
Develop financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.
Coordinate with auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:
CA, CMA, MBA (Finance),



or equivalent qualified qualification.
10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts, preferably in Engineering, EPC, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries.
Robust knowledge of international transactions, Forex management, import/export finance, and cross-border compliance.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
