Key Responsibilities

Design 2D & 3D CAD models of lithium-ion battery packs and mechanical components using SolidWorks.
Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and maintain drawing revisions.
Design battery enclosures, busbars, brackets, fixtures, and assemblies with DFM principles.
Coordinate with production and R&D; teams to implement design improvements.
Manage vendors for fabrication, sheet metal, CNC machining, laser cutting, and prototype development.
Ensure drawings and manufactured parts meet quality and dimensional requirements.

Requirements

Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in SolidWorks.
Robust knowledge of 2D drafting, 3D modelling, BOM preparation, and manufacturing drawings.
Experience in vendor management and prototype development.
Experience in EV, battery packs, or automotive products is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,165.35 - ₹20,000.00 per month
