Role Description The Community Health and Nursing Trainer is a part time, in office role based in UDAAN Skill Hub at J.N Public School,Mashrakh, Saran District, Bihar. The trainer will deliver classroom and practical sessions on community health, basic nursing procedures, and patient care practices, following the academy’s curriculum and standards. Daily responsibilities include planning lesson content, preparing training materials, conducting demonstrations, and assessing learner performance through assignments, tests, and skill evaluations.

The role also involves mentoring learners, promoting community health awareness, coordinating with local health initiatives,



and maintaining accurate training records and reports. The trainer will collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve content, ensure compliance with relevant health guidelines, and support outreach activities in surrounding communities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to effectively train and mentor diverse learner groups.

Candidates should possess Community Engagement and Community Management skills to support local health initiatives and coordinate outreach activities.

Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to maintain a supportive, learner-centered training environment.

Relevant qualifications in Nursing, Community Health, Public Health, or a related field (e.g., diploma or degree) are required.

Prior experience in clinical practice, community health programs, or teaching/training in healthcare is highly beneficial.

Ability to design and deliver practical demonstrations, use basic digital tools for learning, and maintain accurate documentation.

Knowledge of primary healthcare practices, health education methods, and local community health challenges in rural or semi-urban settings.
