Role & responsibilities :
Support the CSO in managing daily plant and township security operations.
Supervise shift-wise deployment of security staff and ensure discipline and alertness.
Monitor CCTV, entry/exit registers, material movement, and visitor logs.
Handle incident reporting, security breaches, and conduct preliminary investigations.
Assist in conducting security audits, drills, and regular patrols.
Coordinate with internal departments for VIP movements, high-risk tasks, or event security.
Enforce security SOPs and assist in training recent security personnel.
Provide backup leadership in the absence of CSO and escalate critical issues as needed.
