Role & responsibilities
Administer employee compensation structures, salary revisions, promotions, and annual increment processes.
Support compensation benchmarking using market salary surveys and internal pay analysis.
Prepare salary fitments, compensation proposals, and cost impact analysis.
Manage employee advantages programs including insurance, gratuity, leave encashment, and other welfare schemes.
Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing and timely payouts.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, and Labour Laws.
Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics related to compensation, payroll, headcount, and benefits.
Maintain HRIS data accuracy for compensation and employee records.
Support annual budgeting,



manpower cost planning, and compensation forecasting.
Assist in policy formulation and implementation related to compensation and employee advantages.
Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, taxation, and reimbursements.
Ensure confidentiality of employee compensation data.
Coordinate with auditors during statutory and internal audits

Preferred candidate profile
57 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards.
Experience in a corporate workplace is preferred.
