THE ROLE

We are looking for a disciplined, strategically-minded Digital Marketing Executive to own and run the digital presence across one or more of our businesses.

This is not a pure content role. It is a planning-and-execution role for someone who can think like a marketer, work independently, and deliver consistently without supervision. You will build the strategy, set the posting calendar, run campaigns end to end, and either brief a content creator or produce content yourself using AI tools.

The businesses are deliberately diverse. You must be comfortable moving between consumer, community, and B2B audiences and adjusting voice, message, and channel accordingly.

Success is defined by consistency, ownership, and results — not volume of activity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning
Develop and own the digital marketing strategy for each assigned business
Translate business goals into channel-specific plans and campaigns
Build and maintain a structured content and posting calendar across all platforms
Set explicit objectives and KPIs per channel and per campaign

Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns end to end across all digital avenues
Lead both organic and paid activity (social, search,



and display where relevant)
Adapt messaging to suit each brand's distinct audience and positioning

Content & Creative
Assign the posting plan and ensure timely, consistent execution
Brief and coordinate with content creators, designers, or videographers as required
Where needed, create content directly using AI tools (copy, image, video, research)
Maintain brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Non-Negotiable
Discipline and reliability — you plan ahead, meet deadlines, and execute consistently without being chased
Strategic thinking — you understand why before what, and can build a plan, not just posts
Robust working knowledge of all major digital channels and social platforms
Hands-on fluency with AI tools for content creation and marketing efficiency
Working understanding of AI search / generative engine optimization (or a demonstrable ability to learn it quick)
Excellent written English and a sharp eye for brand-appropriate tone

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
