Role Description This is a full-time in office role for a Design Director - Hospitality Interiors based in Mumbai.

The Design

Director will lead the design process for hospitality interior projects, managing end-to-end design development, overseeing architectural and interior elements, and ensuring innovative solutions align with client expectations.

Responsibilities will include supervising design teams, ensuring the delivery of construction drawings,



contributing to branding initiatives, and maintaining exceptional design standards aligned with company vision.

Qualifications - Expertise in Design Management and Branding to oversee creative direction and uphold brand identity in hospitality projects
Proficiency in Architecture and Product Design, with a strong understanding of spatial planning, aesthetics, and functionality
Experience with Construction Drawings to ensure precise and efficient project delivery
Robust leadership and project management skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines
Ability to manage complex projects and communicate ideas effectively with clients and stakeholders
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
Experience in the hospitality design industry is highly preferred
