Church is seeking a part time Director of Women’s Ministry (30 hours/week) to shepherd women, support leaders, and cultivate settings where women experience biblical teaching, encouragement, and meaningful connection.

Who Is Rooted in a vibrant relationship with Christ A relational leader who loves discipling women

Gifted in teaching and developing volunteer teams

Organized, proactive, and team-oriented in ministry As Director, you will guide Bethel Women by providing vision, supporting groups and studies, equipping leaders, and helping women discover and use their gifts for God’s glory. You’ll also oversee ministries such as Mom’s Group and key communication channels. If you’re energized by discipling women and supporting a thriving church family, we would love to hear from you!
