Divisional Field Talent Manager

We are looking for a Divisional Field Talent Manager to drive our talent assessment, development, internal mobility, and employee engagement agenda across assigned divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the Development Centre (DC) process, including talent identification, assessment planning, and execution.

Partner with L&D; and ZTIs to build employee capabilities in areas such as cognitive skills, product knowledge, analytical ability, and leadership competencies.

Manage the DC Talent Pool Master and ensure a solid pipeline of future-ready talent.

Facilitate Internal Job Postings (IJP) and career moves against organizational vacancies.

Lead Redeployment of Surplus Talent by identifying suitable internal opportunities.

Drive and monitor Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.





Strengthen employee experience through People Connect and Engagement initiatives.

What Were Looking For
8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HRBP, L&D;, or related HR functions.
Graduate (Mandatory)
MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
Robust stakeholder management, analytical, and execution skills.
Experience working with large field-based or sales-driven organizations will be an advantage.
