Responsibilities:
Manage pharmaceutical sales and marketing, including meeting with Doctors, Chemists, and Distributors.
Achieve primary and secondary targets for assigned HQs monthly.
Implement sales and marketing activities to drive business growth.
Monitor sales team performance, analyze data, forecast, and report to the manager.
Present technical information to customers effectively.
Develop and manage an efficient sales distribution network.
Train, motivate, and develop the sales team to increase revenue.

Candidate Profile:
5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with experience building relationships with health practitioners.
Team management experience required.
Any graduate with robust communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable to various work settings.
