Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Brand Promoter to represent our brand and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, have strong communication skills, and be able to achieve sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain excellent product knowledge and communicate brand features and advantages.
Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards as per brand guidelines.
Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively, with proper size, color blocking, and product placement.
Replenish stock and maintain proper size and color availability on the shop floor.
Support stock receiving, inventory checks, stock transfers, and stock replenishment.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.




Build robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and VM team to implement promotional displays and seasonal changes.
Follow company policies and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience in apparel retail or fashion sales is preferred.
Knowledge of Visual Merchandising (VM) standards is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualification
Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or above. *Experience in apparel retail will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
