: We are currently seeking 10th pass freshers to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of the ground staff, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to the ground operations of the airport. This includes assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless and timely departure process.
Responsibilities: -
Greet and assist passengers with check-in and baggage handling procedures - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations - Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and timely departure process - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns - Assist with boarding procedures and ensure all passengers are accounted for - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Handle any other tasks assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass - Positive communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Basic computer knowledge - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - No prior experience required, training will be provided Benefits:
