We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should be clinically competent, patient-focused, and willing to travel to different patient locations to deliver professional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.
Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
Monitor patients' vital signs and document observations accurately.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and preventive healthcare.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and submit reports on time.
Respond promptly to patient emergencies and communicate any changes in patient condition.
Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.
Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical nursing standards.

Qualifications
B.Sc.



Nursing or GNM with a valid Nursing Council Registration.
Minimum 1 year of clinical or home healthcare experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply.

Skills Required
Excellent clinical and patient assessment skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Compassionate, responsible, and professional attitude.

Requirements
Must be willing to travel to patient locations.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Own two-wheeler is an added advantage.
Versatile to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
