Position: Graduate Trainee / Management Trainee

Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees/Management Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations, project coordination, business development, and cross-functional activities while providing excellent learning and growth opportunities opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations and project coordination.
Support documentation, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Participate in site visits and safety activities.
Support business development, market research, and proposal preparation.
Ensure effective communication and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Management (MBA preferred).
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Solid communication, MS Office, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and travel to project sites when required.

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
