Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
Support the HR team with resume screening and candidate communication.
Assist with AI & HR innovation.
Research and evaluate AI tools that can improve HR operations.
Build and optimize AI prompts for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Assist in automating repetitive HR workflows using AI and no-code automation tools.
