Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a boutique resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing resort operations, leading teams, and driving revenue while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the resort, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Reservations.
Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and promptly resolve guest concerns.
Lead, train, and motivate resort staff to maintain excellent service standards.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
Develop strategies to increase bookings and improve guest retention.
Manage budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives.
Coordinate with Sales &
Marketing teams to promote the resort.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
Maintain resort facilities and ensure smooth operational efficiency.




Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.

Experience
5–8 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within a boutique resort, hotel, or hospitality industry.
