Role & responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents on the school's academic programs, curriculum, and admission process.
Handle enquiries, campus visits, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
Coordinate the complete admission process, including applications, documentation, assessments, and enrolment.
Maintain accurate admission records and prepare periodic reports.
Build solid relationships with parents and provide a seamless admission experience.
Support admission events, school outreach activities, and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of current students.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in admissions counselling with a solid track record of guiding prospective students and parents through the admissions process. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills, with the ability to build trust, address queries effectively, and convert enquiries into successful admissions. Strong presentation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement abilities are essential.
