Rooms Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary The Rooms Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing room occupancy, maximizing revenue, developing corporate and travel partnerships, and executing marketing strategies to strengthen the hotel's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual room revenue targets.
Develop and implement room sales and marketing strategies.
Generate business from corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, government organizations, and event planners.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and travel partners.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
Monitor occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR to maximize revenue.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and digital marketing activities.
Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue teams.
Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in hotel room sales or hospitality marketing.




Solid network with corporate companies and travel agencies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, OTA platforms, and CRM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

For Naksha Tree Hotels The ideal candidate should have robust local corporate contacts in Chennai, experience with business hotels, and the ability to independently generate room business through direct corporate tie-ups, travel agencies, online channels, and local marketing initiatives. They should be target-oriented and capable of consistently achieving occupancy and revenue goals. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
