Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and assisting with airport operations. Key
Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at the airport,
providing information and guidance as needed - Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order -
Handle ticketing and reservations, as well as changes and cancellations - Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures -
Monitor flight schedules and communicate any delays or changes to passengers - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other airport staff and airlines to ensure efficient operations - Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and security protocols - Provide support to passengers with special needs or disabilities - Keep updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to passengers - Assist with other duties as assigned by the airport manager.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills -
Ability to work well in a team and independently - Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
