Key Responsibilities

Achieving sales targets.

Knowledge about social media.

Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, territory management, and customer management.

Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins, and customer satisfaction.

Coordination with the marketing department for lead generation and social media.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients

Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements.

Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services.

Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call.

Meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Successful track record in Lead generation, sales and negotiation

Should be able to make reports and presentation

Should have knowledge in digital / IT Sales & Marketing/pre sales/Lead Generation

Must be agile and sales-target oriented

Must have positive business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding,

Should have knowledge/experience in bidding and proposal posting

Knowledge of Costing estimation, documentation.

Excellent/ professional in English, client coordination, Proposal making, negotiation, Lead generation, Costing, Follow ups, documentation, sales target oriented, cold calling, etc.

Key Requirements

· 4–7 years of experience in Fintech Services Sales (DMT, AEPS, BBPS, Payout, Recharge)

· Strong understanding of financial services ecosystem

· Proven track record in achieving sales targets

· Experience with CXO-level interactions

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong negotiation and relationship management

· Target-oriented and self-driven

· Ability to manage multi-regional responsibilities

Language Requirements

Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory), regional language preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
