Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide financial solutions.
Process Gold Loan, Investment, Insurance, and other financial product applications.
Generate business leads and achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on collections.
Ensure KYC compliance and documentation accuracy.
Support branch operations and reporting activities.
Participate in branch marketing and promotional campaigns.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, Insurance, Sales, or Customer Service is an added advantage.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
