Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and industry databases.
Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pharmaceutical and life sciences specialists.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and recruitment trackers.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and client satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.




Mentor and guide junior recruiters where required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences hiring.
Those who are having sales experience in Insurance & Banking ,BPO call also apply if interested in HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Strong candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace and meet hiring targets.

Preferred Attributes
Experience in pharma recruitment consulting or recruitment agencies.
Robust negotiation and relationship management skills.
Candidates experienced in QA, QC, R&D;, Production in Pharma Industry will also be preferred
Ability to lead recruitment projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
