Key Responsibilities
Configure the education ERP software modules such as admission process, staff management, fees, class management, assignment schedules, exams, certification, alumni management, etc., according to the educational needs
Manage the education ERP system configuration data and ensure its consistency, accuracy, and security
Monitor the education ERP system performance and availability and resolve any issues or incidents
Collaborate with the education institution's IT staff, educators, students, and vendors to provide technical support and guidance on the education ERP system configuration and management over the phone and via email
Follow the best practices and standards for education ERP system configuration and management and adhere to the project specifications
