About the Role

Orient Trader is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will connect with customers over phone, understand their requirements, introduce our products, and help generate sales. If you enjoy talking to people and have positive communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Contact potential and existing customers over phone.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain product features and benefits clearly.
Follow up with interested customers.
Answer customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain customer details and update records.
Coordinate with the sales team to complete the sales process.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements




6 months to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, or a similar role is preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
12th Pass or Graduate.
