Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their laptop requirements.
Explain laptop features, specifications, and benefits.
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure demo laptops are in positive working condition.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
Build strong relationships with customers and store staff.
Submit daily sales and stock reports to the reporting manager.
Stay updated on the latest laptop models, offers, and competitor products.
Follow company policies and maintain professional appearance and customer service standards.

Experience in laptop, mobile, electronics, or retail sales is an added advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
