BlackBond Media is a Delhi-based music marketing and talent management agency working with top Indian labels and artists (Def Jam India, Mass Appeal India, Sony Music India, Badshah, Hanumankind, Arijit Singh, DIVINE, and more). We run end-to-end influencer campaigns for music releases — from creator discovery to negotiation to execution.

Role Overview

You'll own the influencer side of our music campaigns — finding the right creators for each track, negotiating deals, briefing content, and making sure every campaign lands on time and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and shortlist influencers/edit pages across relevant niches (music, Bollywood, lifestyle, dance, etc.) for each campaign
Handle outreach and negotiation with creators — pricing, deliverables, timelines
Brief creators on content direction so posts match the track's vibe and campaign goals
Track deliverables and ensure posts go live as scheduled
Maintain and grow the influencer database (rates, niche, past performance, reliability)
Monitor campaign performance (views, engagement, saves)



and flag high/low performers
Coordinate with the internal content/edit team for asset handoffs

What We're Looking For
1–3 years' experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or social media campaigns (music/entertainment industry a plus)
Solid network of or ability to quickly build relationships with edit pages and niche creators
Comfortable with numbers — negotiating rates, tracking budgets, reading engagement data
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills — this role runs on multiple parallel deadlines
Genuinely active on Instagram/Reels and understands what makes content perform
Bonus: runs or has run a niche/edit Instagram page personally
