PnL & Vendor Management:
Manage event budgets, ensuring a robust PnL focus to deliver cost-effective and high-quality events.
Build and maintain a roster of top-tier vendors, including event management companies, decor experts, musicians, artists, and performers.
Negotiate with vendors to ensure optimized costs without compromising the quality of execution.
Event Quality & Brand Representation:
Deliver events that represent brand values, maintaining top-notch quality in every aspect from execution to guest experience.
Sponsorships, Buy-Ins & Partnerships:
Secure sponsorships and buy-ins from partner brands to support event initiatives.
Collaborate with venues and other partners to ensure smooth and successful events.




Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work closely with business teams across brands to align event objectives with overall business goals.
Ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver successful events and memorable experiences for partner brands.
