Role Description The Logistics Supply Chain Specialist is a contract based , remote only role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end supply chain activities, including inventory planning, order processing, and tracking shipments from suppliers to warehouses and retail outlets.

The specialist will manage transportation schedules, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with vendors, warehouse teams, and store staff to ensure on-time delivery and optimal product availability. Daily tasks include analyzing logistics data, resolving delivery or inventory issues, maintaining accurate records in supply chain systems, and supporting continuous process improvements to reduce costs and lead times. The role also involves working closely with customer service teams to address delivery-related inquiries and uphold service standards.

Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret logistics data, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
Candidates should possess Transportation Management skills to plan routes, schedule shipments, and coordinate with carriers for timely and effective deliveries.
Relevant experience in logistics, retail distribution, or apparel supply chains is beneficial.
Proficiency with ERP or supply chain software, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting tools is preferred.
A diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace are important.
