Experienced (1 Year): Up to 6.75 LPA (Based on interview performance)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via Voice/Chat.
Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain high-quality customer service and communication.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Meet productivity and quality targets.
