Job Title: Part time Marketing Executive (Offline & Local Outreach)Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and target-driven Part time Marketing Executive to lead our local, offline marketing and community outreach efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building local brand visibility, conducting field promotional activities, distributing marketing materials, and driving direct student/client walk-ins and inquiries through community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Local Outreach & Lead Generation: Plan and execute local marketing activities, field visits, and promotional drives in targeted nearby areas.
Flyer & Collateral Distribution: Coordinate and oversee the distribution of flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional materials in high-footfall community locations.
Event & Canopy Setups: Organize, set up, and manage local info desks, promotional stalls, and community awareness events.
Partnerships & Tie-ups: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community hubs, local businesses, and resident welfare associations (RWAs) for cross-promotional prospects.
Direct Interaction & Inquiries: Engage directly with prospective clients/students, address initial queries, collect contact details, and invite them for visits or consultations.




Field Reporting: Track weekly outreach efforts, log lead inquiries, and report field insights and feedback directly to management.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma, pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in field sales, direct marketing, event promotion, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Key Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Active, energetic, and comfortable with field movement and direct community interaction.
Robust local geographical knowledge and familiar with local market dynamics.
Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
