Part-Time Remote Bookkeeper / Accountant

Salary: 15,000 INR per month

Part time: Approximately 4 hours/day, MondayFriday (Flexible schedule)

Nyce Renos Inc., a growing Canadian construction and renovation company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant to manage our day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
Perform daily bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Complete bank reconciliations.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP).
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR).
Record and categorize financial transactions.
Prepare and issue customer invoices.
Track vendor bills and payments.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Maintain financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and financial reports.




Maintain organized digital accounting records.
Assist management with general accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Mandatory).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Bookkeeping, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable computer/laptop with high-speed internet.
Experience with a Canadian construction company is an asset.
