Job Summary

B & P Infracity LLP is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Associate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, promoting the company's services, and achieving sales targets in the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
Identify and approach potential clients, builders, contractors, and property owners.
Conduct client meetings and present the company's services professionally.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Real Estate, Construction, or a related industry.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
Client relationship management.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
