Role & responsibilities
Conduct telephonic and video consultations with patients .
Diagnose patients based on Ayurvedic principles (Prakriti, Dosha imbalance, etc.).
Prescribe Ayurvedic medicines and recommend diet & lifestyle modifications.
Explain treatment plans clearly to ensure patient understanding and adherence .
Maintain detailed patient records, case history, and prescriptions in the system.
Ensure regular follow-ups to track patient progress and recovery.
Escalate crifical or complex cases to senior doctors when required .
Adhere to clinical protocols and consultation guidelines of the organization.
Build patient trust and deliver high patient satisfaction.
Coordinate with pharmacy and operations team for seamless service delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) Fresher can apply
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of clinical practices and patient handling
Comfortable with tele/video consultation platforms
Willingness to learn and work under senior supervision
Patient-centric approach with a qualified attitude
