Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Matillion SaaS Hybrid Administrator to manage, configure, and maintain enterprise-level Matillion Data Productivity Cloud (DPC) environments. The ideal candidate will oversee cloud data warehouse integrations, RBAC security models, hybrid agent deployments, and automated pipeline execution across multi-cloud settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Platform &
Setting Administration: Configure and manage Matillion SaaS instances, project spaces, user access permissions, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Hybrid Agent Management: Deploy, scale, and monitor Matillion hybrid agents on AWS/Azure infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity between on-premises source systems and cloud data warehouses.
Cloud Integration &
Warehousing: Establish and maintain secure database connections to Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse using Secrets Manager / Key Vault.
CI/CD &
Version Control: Implement automated deployment workflows using Git (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps) for versioning Matillion pipelines and project exports.
Monitoring &
Governance: Track job execution logs, troubleshoot failed orchestrations, optimize compute performance, and enforce strict data security protocols.
Collaboration: Partner with data engineering teams,



BI developers, and cloud architects to ensure 99.9% pipeline uptime and optimal data delivery.

Mandatory Requirements:
3 to 5+ years of experience in data platform administration, DataOps, or cloud data engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Matillion (Matillion ETL or Matillion Data Productivity Cloud - DPC).
In-depth expertise in at least one major Cloud Data Warehouse (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse).
Sound knowledge of Cloud Security, IAM roles, and Secret Management (AWS Secrets Manager / Azure Key Vault).
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data validation and operational troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Git version control workflows.

Valuable to Have:
Matillion Certification (Data Engineer or Administrator).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Experience managing orchestrations via Apache Airflow or ActiveBatch.
